Parents Forum Formal Complaint to Astrea – 20.2.23

On 20th February 2023 the St Ivo Parents Forum submitted a formal complaint to Astrea in accordance with Astrea’s complaints procedure.

While the complaint is live, we are not commenting on it publicly.

All Forum members have been issued with a full copy of the complaint.

For now we can say the main concerns are:

• The behaviour and uniform policy and their implementation
• The recent curriculum and GCSE changes announced by Astrea (Jan 23)
• The negative, mental-health impact the atmosphere at St Ivo Academy is having on students and teachers.
